Phase 2:
Pre-Construction
We select a team of qualified subcontractors and suppliers, lock in the schedule, prepare submittals, and manage lead times so construction starts clean.
Phase 3:
Construction
This is when the project comes to life. Our team runs the site day to day, proactively solves problems, and provides a weekly update so you’re always in the loop.
Phase 4:
Close-Out
The buildout is complete. We guide all final
inspections and sign-offs, walk the space with you, and handover the keys. All project documentation and warranty information is provided at this time.
